NSBM Islamic Society proudly marked the beginning of a new chapter with the 2026 Board Badging Ceremony. The event symbolized leadership, responsibility, unity, and a shared commitment to serving the student community with dedication and professionalism.

 

The occasion saw the presence of distinguished guests, Prof. Baratha Dhodankotuwa, Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Prof. Chaminda Wijesinghe, Director of Student Affairs, Ms. Aushadharie Kaushalya, Head of the Department of Management and Ms. Rekha Kulasekara, Lecturer attached to the Department of Operations and Logistics. 

 

Special appreciation was extended to the Master-in-Charge, Shaja Musthaffa, for his continuous guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support. Appreciation was also conveyed to the Immediate Past President, Amaan Anver, for his dedication and efforts in organizing and coordinating the event successfully.

Heartfelt congratulations were extended to the newly appointed 2026 Board Members and President, Samsudeen Ashad. Society also expressed sincere gratitude to the outgoing board for their dedication, commitment, and valuable service throughout their tenure. Their contributions have left a lasting impact on society and its future journey.
