Faculty of Engineering Hosts Physics Odyssey Exhibition 2026
The Physics Odyssey exhibition, organized by the 25.1 and 25.2 Foundation Program students of the Faculty of Engineering, was an impressive showcase of innovative projects demonstrating the practical application of fundamental physics principles. The exhibition, held on 21st January, featured approximately nine diverse projects, ranging from mechanical systems to electronic devices, all firmly rooted in core concepts of physics.
The event was honored by the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Chandana Perera, and the Deputy Dean, Dr. Upeksha Hettithanthri, along with esteemed academic and non-academic members of the Faculty of Engineering.
Physics Odyssey provided a valuable platform for aspiring engineers to showcase their creativity and technical skills, while also emphasizing the vital role of physics in engineering and its contribution to shaping the future of technology.
