The Department of Accounting and Finance of NSBM Green University proudly hosted an impactful leadership workshop on 7th November 2025, empowering the newly appointed executive boards of the Student Circle of Accounting and Finance (SCAF), Student Investment Advisory Team (SIAT), and Students Business Analytics Circle (SBAC).

The workshop was graced by the presence of Dr. Tharaka Dias, a renowned marketing specialist with over 35 years of experience, who guided our emerging student leaders through an enriching and interactive learning experience.

Throughout the session, students gained valuable insights into effective leadership, strategic personal branding, professional grooming, and career advancement strategies. The discussions were both thought-provoking and motivational, inspiring participants to embrace their new leadership roles with confidence and vision.

The enthusiasm and engagement demonstrated by our student leaders were truly remarkable. As they embark on this new journey, we are confident that they are now equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead their respective student circles with excellence, innovation, and purpose.
