The Faculty of Business at NSBM Green University successfully conducted an insightful guest session titled “Own Your First Impression: CV, LinkedIn & Interview Skills for Success.”

The session was facilitated by Mr. Indika Ranathunga, who shared valuable industry insights on effective CV preparation, professional LinkedIn profile development, and essential interview skills required to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

During the session, students gained practical knowledge on how to create impactful first impressions, strengthen their professional presence, and confidently prepare for internship opportunities and future career pathways. The engaging and interactive nature of the session encouraged active participation and provided students with a deeper understanding of personal branding, professional communication, and career readiness strategies highly valued in the corporate sector.

The session was organized by the Logistics Circle under the Professional Development arm of the Department of Operations and Logistics, under the guidance of Ms. Rekha Kulasekara.
