


Quality Assurance and Staff Development Center (QASDC)
The Quality Assurance and Staff Development Center (QASDC) is the central body responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance and Academic Development at NSBM. It ensures that all academic programs, teaching standards, and staff development initiatives align with national and international quality benchmarks. The center operates under the leadership of, Head – Academic Development & Quality Assurance at NSBM. Under his advice, the Internal Quality Assurance and Staff Development Center is governed by the Head of Internal Quality Assurance. The Staff Development Center is operationally managed by a Program Coordinator, who is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and facilitating the center’s activities and initiatives. Each faculty at NSBM has a Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) headed by a Faculty Representative, with corresponding Department Representatives at the departmental level. Similarly, the Staff Development Center also includes Faculty Representatives and Department Representatives who contribute to planning and implementing development programs. All faculty and departmental representatives of both the IQA and SDC are required to report to the Quality Assurance and Staff Development Center, ensuring a streamlined and integrated approach to maintaining academic excellence and fostering continuous professional development across the university.
