The Faculty of Business successfully hosted the third session of Coffee & Concepts, an initiative by the Internal Quality Assurance Center (IQAC) and the Staff Development Center (SDC) of NSBM Green University.

 

Led by Dr. Tharindu Gunathilake, Senior Lecturer, Department of Management, this interactive session delved into how case-based learning bridges theory and practice, empowering students to think critically, analyze real-world business challenges, and make decisions like corporate leaders. The session provided practical insights and engaging discussions, showcasing how classrooms can be transformed into vibrant boardrooms that prepare future-ready graduates.

 

The event was organized under the leadership of Ms. Thilini De Silva, Dean, Faculty of Business, Ms. Shashini Gayanika, Senior Lecturer, Department of Accounting and Finance & Faculty SDC Representative, and Mr. Shaja Musthaffa, Head, Department of Operations and Logistics & Faculty QA Representative, with the dedicated support of Faculty of Business academics, and guided by Dr. Malsha Mendis, Senior Lecturer & Head of IQA.
