The students of the Association for Software Engineering, from the Department of Software Engineering and Information Systems, Faculty of Computing, NSBM Green University, had the incredible opportunity to visit IFS, a global leader in enterprise software solutions, on May 28, 2025.

During the visit, students engaged in insightful sessions on emerging technologies, AI’s role in enterprise solutions, diverse career paths in tech, and a career panel where IFS professionals shared industry insights and personal experiences.

This valuable learning experience was organized by Mr. Diluka Wijesinghe, MIC of the Association for Software Engineering, together with dedicated faculty members Ms. Dharani Rajasinghe and Ms. Nimesha Hewawasam.

It was a day filled with knowledge-sharing, networking, and inspiration—broadening the students’ perspectives on the real-world tech landscape and preparing them for the journey ahead.
