The TechMath Challenge Quiz Competition, organized by the STEM UP Club of NSBM Green University, was successfully held on 19th August 2025 at the Faculty of Computing (FOC).

The competition tested participants across Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, and IQ, structured into three exciting rounds: Puzzle Round, Quick Brain Round, and Buzzer Round. Competing in teams of four, students demonstrated sharp analytical thinking, quick decision-making, and strong teamwork skills.

Certificates were awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams, along with a special recognition for the Best Competitor.

The occasion was graced by Dr. Rasika Ranaweera, Dean of FOC, Prof. Chaminda Wijesinghe, Head of Department of Computer Science and Data Science, Mr. Naji Saravanapavan, Head of Department of Software Engineering and Computer Security, along with faculty members of FOC, who encouraged and supported the students.

The event was organized under the guidance of Ms. Kavishka Rajapaksha, Lecturer at FOC, together with the STEM UP Club. Participation was open to 1st- and 2nd-year students of the Faculty of Computing.

The TechMath Challenge 2025 proved to be an engaging and interactive platform, fostering a spirit of healthy competition while enhancing the problem-solving and collaboration skills of NSBM undergraduates.
