NSBM Mathematics and Statistics Circle successfully organized DynaLab 1.0, a hands-on MATLAB workshop designed for Computing students. The session was conducted by Prof. G. Jayantha Lanel, Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Applied Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, who shared his expertise on the applications and diversity of laboratories in mathematical coding, providing students with valuable insights into MATLAB as a powerful computational tool.

 

The event was graced by Dr. Rasika Ranaweera, Dean – Faculty of Computing, and Prof. Chaminda Wijesinghe, Head – Department of Computer and Data Science, along with lecturers of the faculty.

 

Guided by Ms. Hirushi Dilpriya, Lecturer – Department of Computer and Data Science, DynaLab 1.0 marked another milestone in empowering Computing students with advanced mathematical tools, enhancing both their academic and professional growth.
