The NSBM Leadership Forum 2025, organized by the Students’ Wellbeing Association of NSBM, was successfully held on the 16th of September 2025 at FOB 101, NSBM Green University, offering a dynamic platform for aspiring leaders to gain insight, inspiration, and direction for the future.

 

The forum featured three renowned speakers —  Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of NSBM Green University, Mr. Gayan Wellala, Chairman – National Salt Limited and Mr. Yasas Hewage, Director & Co-founder – Snipexx. Each shared their experiences, leadership philosophies, and practical wisdom with a packed audience of students, professionals, and invited school prefects. Mr. Prasanna Perera and Ms. Prabha Silva, the lecturers in-charge of the Students’ Well-being Association, participated in the event along with the school teachers who attended.

 

With over 100 participants, including school prefects from four schools, NLF’25 emphasized the importance of resilience, innovation, and emotional intelligence in modern leadership. The event marked a significant milestone in fostering leadership among youth, bridging academia and real-world practice.

 

NLF’25 left a lasting impact, empowering attendees to rise as responsible, ethical, and visionary leaders, ready to shape the future with purpose and passion.
