Our very own Ms. Rekha Kulasekara, Lecturer – Faculty of Business, delivered an insightful session on Lean Management in Supply Chain & Operations. She emphasized how Lean tools and principles can maximize customer and business value by systematically eliminating non-value-added activities, thereby driving efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness in global operations.

 

The session also featured a collaborative teaching initiative with Dr. Lokesh Vijayvargy, Dean Student Affairs, Jaipuria Jaipur. This international engagement truly enriched students’ learning experience, broadening their exposure to global best practices and highlighting NSBM’s strong academic collaborations across borders.
