We are proud to announce that NSBM Green University has been awarded the Best TV Commercial at the 30th Sumathi Awards 2025, Sri Lanka’s most prestigious and long-standing television awards festival. This remarkable achievement recognizes NSBM’s impactful commercial “ලෝකයක් දිනන්න දරුවන්ට උගන්වන්න!”, praised for its outstanding creativity, message clarity, and powerful promotion of higher education through innovative media.

The award was presented at the grand ceremony held on 16th July 2025 at the Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte. Ms. Thilini De Silva, Dean of the Faculty of Business at NSBM, graced the event as an esteemed jury member and award presenter.

Established in 1995, the Sumathi Awards stand as South Asia’s longest-running and uninterrupted television awards platform, dedicated to honouring excellence in creativity, innovation, and dedication within the television industry. The 2025 edition celebrated achievements across the period of January to December 2024, presenting over 50 awards in various categories.
