The Engineering Faculty of NSBM Green University proudly launched the latest instalment of E-Step, the flagship corporate grooming programme of the faculty.  

This exciting 3-day programme organised by N-Force in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, is designed exclusively for final-year Engineering undergraduates,  freshers  & job seekers. The programme aims to prepare students for the professional world by providing insights from leading industry experts.

 

The occasion was graced by Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of NSBM Green University; Dr. Chandana Perera, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Mr. Iman Ashly, Head of the Industry Collaboration Unit, Faculty of Engineering; Ms. Sherien Abeygoonesekera, Career Guidance Officer; Mr. Prabhath Buddhika, Head of the Department of Electrical, Electronic & Systems Engineering; and Mr. Isuru Lakmal, Head of the Department of Mechatronic and Industrial Engineering.

 

Session 1 featured a special session by Ms. Dilushi Warunika, Executive Talent Acquisition and Brand at Hemas Consumer Brands, guided students on creating effective CVs, building professional LinkedIn profiles, and facing interviews with confidence.

 

This launch marks the beginning of an immersive learning journey that blends interactive sessions, practical knowledge, and guidance from industry professionals. Students are set to gain valuable skills and insights to navigate their careers successfully.
