IEEE SIGHT Affinity Group of NSBM — Sri Lanka’s first-ever Student Branch affiliated SIGHT Affinity Group was officially inaugurated, marking the beginning of a new chapter in humanitarian technology at NSBM.

 

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Peshan Sampath, Founding Chair of IEEE Sri Lanka Section SIGHT and Lecturer at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura; Mr. Dhammika Marasinghe, Immediate Past Chair of IEEE Sri Lanka Section and Technical Lead at 99x Technology; and Ms. Sewwandie Nanayakkara, Chair of IEEE SIGHT Sri Lanka Section and Associate Technical Lead at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka, along with the esteemed lecturers who joined us for this landmark occasion.
