NSBM Green University had the honour of welcoming His Excellency Dr. Purna Bahadur Nepali, Ambassador of Nepal to Sri Lanka, for a cordial and meaningful visit at our green university premises.

During the visit, His Excellency engaged in constructive discussions with the senior management of NSBM Green University, focusing on opportunities for academic collaboration, student mobility, cultural exchange, and the promotion of higher education linkages between the two nations. 

His Excellency was introduced to NSBM’s academic landscape, state-of-the-art facilities, and its growing network of international partnerships. He expressed appreciation for NSBM Green University’s commitment to sustainability-driven education, innovation, and its role in shaping future leaders with a global outlook.

The HE Ambassador also participated in a ceremonial Nā (Ironwood) tree planting at the NSBM Phase 2 premises, symbolising friendship, sustainability, and shared environmental responsibility.
