NSBM premises was buzzing with excitement as new students from the June 2025 intake gathered for Day 1 of the Orientation Program. The event welcomed students from the faculties of Business, Computing, Science, Law, Engineering, Interior Design, and Quantity Surveying, marking the beginning of their academic journey at NSBM.
The day featured a lineup of sessions designed to help students transition smoothly into university life. They were offered valuable insights into academic expectations, personal development, and goal setting on a successful opening to a bright future ahead at NSBM Green University.
Following a vibrant opening day, Day 2 of the Orientation Programme for the June 2025 Intake continued with a strong emphasis on student empowerment and professional development. our new entrants engaged in a full day of hands-on learning through the Skill Development Programme. Day 2 successfully strengthened the orientation week with focuse on academic transitions and life skills that set students up for long-term success.
Day 3 of the Orientation Programme for the June 2025 intake unfolded with vibrant energy and valuable insights as new students delved into a day focused on personal development, behavioural expectations, and community integration.
The day consisted of several sessions curated to strengthen students’ confidence, personal presentation, and understanding of NSBM’s value system. Most importantly, all students had the opportunity to participate in the NSBM Clubs and Societies Registration Session, where they were allowed to discover their passions and sign up for a wide array of clubs at NSBM spanning academics, sports, arts, culture, and social service.
The fourth and final day of the General Orientation Programme for June 2025 Intake wrapped up with an impactful blend of awareness, academic integration, and inspiration, guiding students to take confident strides into their university life.
The day commenced with an insightful session on “Respect & Protect: Living in the Digital Era” conducted by Dr. Ajith Rohana, former Police Spokesperson. His thought-provoking session resonated strongly with students, reinforcing their role as respectful digital citizens.
Following this, students took part in dedicated Faculty Orientation Programmes, where they were formally welcomed by faculty members and introduced to the structure, expectations, and academic opportunities within their respective schools. They also had the opportunity to interact with senior students and faculty members who shared practical tips, academic hacks, and co-curricular success stories.
