Ms. T.K.E. Madhara Prabodini is a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Accounting and Finance, Faculty of Business at NSBM Green University. She holds an M.Sc. in Management with a merit award and a B.Sc. in Finance (Special) with First Class Honours from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is also a CIMA (UK) passed finalist, with professional membership (ACMA) expected in 2025.

She brings over five years of combined experience in academia and the investment research industry. She began her professional journey as an investment research analyst, where she was involved in capital market research and financial forecasting. Her transition into academia has allowed her to specialize in teaching areas such as Financial Management, Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, Strategic Finance, and Financial Derivatives at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, where she integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Her key research interests include financial markets, event studies, asset pricing, and market efficiency. She is also engaged in curriculum development, student mentoring, and actively contributes to academic workshops and university events. Madhara is dedicated to delivering impactful, practice-oriented education and research that aiming to inspire the next generation of finance professionals.
