I am a dedicated academic and data professional currently serving as a Temporary Lecturer at NSBM Green University. I hold a First Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Business Science, specializing in Business Analytics, from the prestigious University of Moratuwa.

 

Before transitioning into academia, I worked as a Marketing Data Scientist at Hype Invention, a Colombo based marketing innovation and technology company. In this role, I applied advanced data science techniques to optimize marketing strategies, analyze consumer behavior, and deliver actionable, data-driven insights that enhanced campaign performance.

 

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed strong expertise in business analytics, data visualization, data analytics, machine learning, and programming. I am passionate about bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application to ensure students are equipped with both the conceptual understanding and hands-on skills necessary in today’s data-driven business environment.

 

As a lecturer, I emphasize critical thinking, applied learning, and the ethical use of data in business decision-making. My goal is to empower students to become confident, responsible, and future-ready analytics professionals.
