Lecture Halls

Modern classrooms, lecture halls, and computer laboratories are available for conducting academic programmes and professional training. All facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual and infrastructural systems to ensure an effective learning environment.

IT Laboratory Services

NSBM offers a comprehensive IT infrastructure to support teaching and practical learning. Students are required to use computer laboratories according to assigned schedules and adhere to the university’s IT policy when utilizing resources.

Auditorium

A modern auditorium equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities provides a vibrant space for students to showcase their talents and participate in university events.

Library

The NSBM Library holds a rich collection of books in the fields of Management, Computing, and related disciplines. It features a modern sit-and-read area and computer facilities for free internet access. All NSBM students are eligible to use the library upon obtaining membership, which allows borrowing of books and periodicals. Photocopying facilities are also available at concessionary rates. Student Center

The NSBM Student Center (Building B1) houses an open lobby, health center, multipurpose hall, career guidance office, audio-visual room, bookshop, counsellors’ room, club offices, a café and informal study areas — all dedicated to enhancing student life and engagement.

Co-curricular Activities

NSBM provides a supportive environment for co-curricular activities. Students are encouraged to engage in social initiatives, charity projects, personality development programmes, and networking events. Participation in sports, societies, and event organizing is always promoted as an integral part of campus life.

Medical Centre and Dental Unit

The fully functional on-campus Medical Centre and Dental Unit at NSBM provides students and staff with access to quality healthcare. The facility is staffed by experienced medical professionals and offers resident medical support for any urgent needs. All basic medical consultations and medications are provided free of charge for the entire NSBM community.

Cafes, Restaurants, and Food Court

NSBM offers a vibrant dining experience through a variety of cafes, restaurants, and a modern food court. Many outlets are operated by reputed Sri Lankan food chains, serving an array of cuisines to cater to diverse tastes and preferences.

Recreational Facilities

The NSBM recreational complex includes a six-lane swimming pool, a multipurpose indoor sports building, and a gymnasium. Facilities also feature an exercise hall, observation deck, pavilion, and tiered seating for approximately 600 spectators.

Learning Management System (LMS)

The NSBM LMS serves as a rich repository of subject-related content for students. Upon registration, students receive credentials to access the system. They are encouraged to utilize available resources — including module descriptors and lecture materials — to prepare effectively and reach their full academic potential.

Student Accommodation

On-campus accommodation at NSBM Green University is made with international standards giving students comfort, relaxation and convenience. Each accommodation unit is equipped with all necessary facilities required for the students and allocation will be done on twin sharing basis.

A dedicated warden and an academic warden are available on the premises with full-time access to students. Students are required to bring all personal belongings required for living away from home for a substantial period, including pillows, blankets, and bed sheets.

Banking Services

For the convenience of students and staff, banking services are available right on campus within the Auditorium Building, without the need to leave the university premises. The facility includes a fully functional bank branch, two ATMs, and a Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).

Bookshop

The Bookshop serves as a vital academic support facility, providing students and staff with essential stationery items and study materials conveniently within the university premises. In addition, it also offers photocopying and printout facilities, ensuring easy access to essential academic services that support learning and day-to-day academic work on campus at an affordable cost.

Transport Facilities

NSBM Green University is well connected through both public and private transport services, ensuring direct and convenient access from many parts of the Colombo suburbs on a daily basis and from other regions of the country during weekends. Multiple bus services operate during peak hours, providing students with reliable and affordable transportation according to a predefined schedule.

NSBM Shop

The NSBM Shop offers a convenient on-campus outlet for students and staff to purchase a wide range of NSBM-branded items officially designed by the university. It also features NSBM publications, including course textbooks, supplementary reading materials, magazines, and newsletters. In addition, the shop offers souvenirs and customized gift solutions and a special collection of graduation gifts and keepsakes to commemorate the proud milestone of NSBM graduates. The shop further houses a diverse selection of sportswear, footwear, sporting equipment, and accessories, making it a one-stop destination for both academic and lifestyle needs on campus.
