Ms. Sashini Gayanika is a Senior Lecturer at NSBM Green University with over a decade of experience in teaching and research in the field of economics. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Special) in Business Economics from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, where she graduated with First Class Honours. Her outstanding academic performance earned her the Gold Medal for Economics from NSBM for the highest GPA in the discipline. Ms. Gayanika is currently pursuing doctoral research and is passionate about using data-driven approaches to address socio-economic challenges, particularly in the areas of labor economics and behavioral economics.
