Ms. Dharani Rajasinghe holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, where she graduated with First Class Honours. During her undergraduate studies, she was awarded the prestigious Best Information Systems Gold Medal, presented to the student who demonstrated exceptional performance in the final-year Information Systems Development Project at the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce. Ms. Rajasinghe is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), accredited by the Scrum Alliance, USA, reflecting her professional competence in Agile methodologies and IT project management. She began her professional career as an IT Business Analyst at a U.S, based technology company, where she gained valuable industry experience in business process analysis, system design, and IT stakeholder management. Following two years in the industry, she transitioned into academia, joining NSBM Green University as a Teaching Assistant. With her dedication to teaching and research, she was subsequently promoted to the position of Lecturer (Temporary) in the Department of Software Engineering and Computer Security, Faculty of Computing. Ms. Rajasinghe is currently reading for her Master of Philosophy (MPhil) at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, focusing on research that integrates emerging technologies and sustainable digital innovation. Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to advancing knowledge, fostering innovation, and contributing to the growth of Sri Lanka’s higher education and IT sectors.
