Mr. Diluka Wijesinghe is currently serving as a Lecturer (Temporary) in the Department of Software Engineering and Information Systems, Faculty of Computing at NSBM Green University. He holds a BSc (hons) in Computer Science from Plymouth University, graduating with First Class Honours, and was awarded the Gold Medal for Overall Best Performance in the School of Computing as well as the Prize for Best Performance in Computer Science.

He is currently pursuing his MSc in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, focusing on areas such as generative AI and multi-modal systems, machine learning, deepfake detection, and ethical computing.

In addition to his academic responsibilities, Mr. Wijesinghe also serves as the Master-in-Charge of the Association of Software Engineering, contributing actively to student engagement and extracurricular development.

His primary teaching interests include Object-Oriented Programming, Data Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Mobile Application Development, and Software Architecture. He is also actively involved in research activities within the university, aiming to bridge the gap between theory and practical innovation in computer science.
