The basketball team of NSBM Green University emerged as the 1st runner-up at the “Burn” Basketball 3×3 Tournament organized by the Rotaract Club of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU). The tournament was held on the 11th of May 2024 at the KDU Basketball Court.

During the tournament, NSBM basketball stars faced off against 18 top university teams in Sri Lanka, including University of Sri Jayawardenapura, University of Colombo, University of Kelaniya, KDU, ECU, NIBM, IIT, CINEC, and IIHS. The NSBM team demonstrated exceptional talent and teamwork to achieve this impressive feat.
