NSBM Green University has partnered with Lanka Hospitals Academy to conduct clinical training for nursing undergraduates of NSBM

The mutually beneficial partnership is aimed to promote the development of knowledge, acquisition of skills and the practice of nursing care in a fully equipped real clinical setting which is essential for the future nursing workforce. This partnership is the latest initiative of the NSBM Partnership Programme, which is designed to optimize synergies among industry stakeholders. With this, prospective undergraduates of the NSBM nursing degree programme to be launched will receive the opportunity for hands-on clinical training at Lanka Hospitals Academy under highly experienced medical professionals.
The MOU was exchanged between Mr. Deepthi Lokuarachchi – Group Chief Executive Officer of Lanka Hospitals and Dr. Nuwanthi Katuwavila – Coordinator of NSBM Nursing Degree Programme and witnessed by Mr. Badrajith Siriwardana – Group Chief Financial Officer of Lanka Hospitals, Dr. Lasantha Karunasekara – Deputy Chief Executive Officer/ Director Medical Services of Lanka Hospitals, Ms. Thanushka Waduge – Senior Manager Training Academy of Lanka Hospitals, Ms. Chamalika Senarathna – Senior Executive Training Academy of Lanka Hospitals and an Academic Staff of Faculty of Science – NSBM Green University.
