The 2023 chapter two of C2C (Campus to Corporate), the flagship corporate grooming programme of NSBM Faculty of Business, was launched today, 21st November 2023 at the Faculty of Business premises. 

C2C is a purposely designed programme of NSBM that is held to build an industry-ready graduate by bringing in the country’s top corporates to groom the NSBM business undergraduates who are about to go for their internship, which is the first-ever corporate exposure for them. The programme is hosted by the Professional Advancement Center of the Faculty of Business along with NSBM for Career & Entrepreneurship (NFORCE). 

The inaugural day was graced by the presence of Deputy Vice-Chancellor of NSBM Green University, Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Ms. Anne Pathiranage, Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance, Ms.Daupadee Gamage representing Professional Advancement Center of the Faculty of Business, Mr. Rushdi Hadhi, Manager Career Guidance and academics of the Faculty of Business. 

Sri Lanka’s largest conglomerate, Valibel One PLC together with Hayleys PLC joined hands as the industry partner in fostering industry awareness of business undergraduates of the Green University. Mr. Tharindu Atapattu, Chief Executive Officer, Swisstek Aluminium, Mrs. Harshani Randiligama, Group General Manager, Vallibel One PLC, Mr. Dilendra De Silva, Head – Group Talent Development, Hayleys PLC, Mr. Charith Kaluaratchie, Assistant Manager, Swisstek Aluminium, Mr. Geeshan Wickramasinghe, Assistant General Manager – CI & Research, Vallibel One PLC, Mr. Daminda Perera, Chief Operating Officer, Swisstek Ceylon PLC , Mr. Indika Ilukkumbura, Chief Finance Officer, Uni Dil Group of Companies representing multiple subsidiaries of Vallibel One PLC and Hayleys PLC shared their experience throughout the day over an array of disciplines.
