Yakari Episode 08 transformed NSBM into an enchanting Arabian oasis, where culture, creativity, and celebration came together in spectacular fashion. Every detail, every performance, and every smile reflected the spirit of a truly unforgettable evening.

The event was graced by Prof. E. A. Weerasinghe, Vice Chancellor; Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor; Dr. Thilini De Silva, Deputy Vice Chancellor – Academics; Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Head of Academic Development & Quality Assurance; Ms. Anne Pathiranage, Dean of the Faculty of Business; and Mr. Venura Colombage, Deputy Dean of the Faculty.  Also in attendance were module lead Dr. Lasitha De Silva, along with Ms. Senelie Gunaratne, Ms. Tharushi Attanayake, Ms. Samadhi Dodantenna, and Ms. Prabodya Munasingha from the Department of Marketing & Tourism Management.

Elevating the event’s culinary prestige, distinguished industry figures Chef Chathurika Anuradha (Knorr Brand Ambassador) and Chef Prasad (Cinnamon Lakeside) joined as special guest evaluators and honored dignitaries.

Reflecting on the milestone success of the 8th iteration, the organizing committee extended their gratitude to all performers, volunteers, faculty members, and visitors who helped bring the ambitious vision to life, leaving a lasting mark on NSBM’s vibrant campus life.
