The Senior Parliamentarian & Attorney-at-law, Hon. Rauf Hakeem, paid a visit to the NSBM premises on 27th March 2024. The visit coincided with the annual Iftar event organized by NSBM.
Amidst a warm reception, Hon. Rauf Hakeem embarked on a comprehensive tour of NSBM, witnessing the university’s vibrant campus. He had the opportunity to explore the state-of-the-art facilities and amenities that NSBM proudly offers, gaining insight into University’s excellence over the years and future expansions.
During his visit, Hon. Hakeem engaged in insightful discussions with NSBM staff and students, including the Vice Chancellor, Prof. E. A. Weerasinghe; Deputy Vice-chancellor, Prof Chaminda Rathnayake; Head – Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Prof Baratha Dodankotuwa; Deans of the faculties, heads of the departments and fellow NSBM staff members.
Hon. Rauf Hakeem conveyed his heartfelt appreciation for NSBM’s continuous efforts in empowering the nation’s higher education sphere. Further, he went on to extend his compliments by leaving a special note in the NSBM Guest Book.
