NSBM Women’s Field Hockey Team emerges as champions at CIHA Hockey Fiesta 2023  

The Women’s Field Hockey Team of NSBM Green University marked an unforgettable victory at CIHA Hockey Fiesta 2023 and emerged as champions of the tournament.  

CIHA Hockey Fiesta 2023 is a six-a-side Hockey tournament organized by Colombo International Hockey Academy. The Men’s and Women’s Field Hockey Teams of NSBM Green University participated in the competition under the interuniversity category. 

NSBM Women’s Field Hockey Team played a thrilling game in the finals and won against SLIIT- Team, while the NSBM Men’s Team was successful in securing the second runner-up position in the Men’s Hockey Tournament. 

Ms. Devindi Fernando from the Women’s Field Hockey Team was declared the Best Player of the tournament.
