The students of the 24.2 and 25.1 batches of the BM (Hons) in Marketing Management degree programme recently participated in an enriching Meditation and Drama Workshop conducted by renowned Sri Lankan actor and trainer Mr. Mayura Kanchana Perera at the Love-Art-Love Centre, Battaramulla.

 

The workshop focused on mindfulness, imagination, creativity, self-expression, and mental discipline, providing students with a unique opportunity to explore the connection between personal growth and effective communication. Through interactive activities, relaxation techniques, body warm-ups, and experiential learning exercises, participants gained valuable insights into managing thoughts, enhancing creativity, and applying these skills in both academic and professional settings.

 

Coordinated by Mr. Hasantha Dissanayaka and Mr. Hansaja Banduge, the programme created a dynamic learning environment that encouraged confidence, creativity, emotional awareness, and collaboration among students.
