NSBM Industrial Management Circle successfully organized a field visit to CBL Group, providing students with an invaluable real-world learning experience.

 

Students had the opportunity to engage in an insightful discussion with the organization’s representative, gaining knowledge about the company’s history, growth, and operational strategies. The visit also allowed them to closely observe the biscuit manufacturing process, while developing a deeper understanding of operational management principles and quality management practices followed by CBL.

 

This experience bridged the gap between theory and practice, enhancing students’ industrial exposure and practical knowledge.
