NSBM Green University officially entered into a strategic partnership with Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Private) Limited through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a significant step toward innovation, industry collaboration, and enhanced career development opportunities for NSBM students.

 

The MoU was signed by Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of NSBM Green University, and Mr. Shakila B. Wijesinghe, Acting Chief Financial Officer of Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Private) Limited.

 

Representing NSBM were Dr. Chandana Perera, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Dr. Nuwanthi Katuwavila, Dean of the Faculty of Science; Ms. Pavithra Subashini, Head of the Industry Collaboration Unit, Faculty of Computing; Mr. Iman Ashly, Head of the Industry Collaboration Unit, Faculty of Engineering; and Ms. Sherien Abeygoonesekera, Career Guidance Officer.

 

The occasion was graced by distinguished representatives from Hutchison, including Mr. Duminda Gunasinghe, General Manager – Finance Operations, and Mr. Mangala Bandara, General Manager – Corporate Affairs.
