Bringing fundamental science out of the textbooks and into the real world, our Faculty of Engineering successfully hosted the Physics Odyssey 25.3 exhibition on July 20th, 2026. Organized by the 25.3 Foundation Program students of the Faculty of Engineering, the exhibition served as a vibrant showcase of student-led projects that applied abstract physics theories to practical, physical mechanisms and modern technological solutions. 

The event was graced by the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Chandana Perera, and the Deputy Dean, Dr. Upeksha Hettithanthri, along with esteemed academic and non-academic members of the Faculty of Engineering.

“Physics Odyssey” served as an opportunity for young engineers to demonstrate their talents, and it also highlighted the significance of physics in engineering and its role in shaping the future of technology.
