For the first time in the history of NSBM Green University’s IEEE Student Branch, two of its teams claimed the top two places in Sri Lanka and placed 61st and 62nd in the world at the IEEEXtreme Global Programming Competition. Six NSBM teams finished among Sri Lanka’s top 11 and the World’s Top 146, competing against undergraduate and postgraduate students from universities worldwide.

As NSBM celebrates 10 Years of Excellence, this achievement is a proud moment for our students, the Faculty of Computing, and the entire university community. Heartfelt congratulations to all the participating teams, their mentors, and everyone who supported them
