The Coffee & Concepts Session on “Academic Career Advancement: Milestones, Strategies, and Success” was successfully held on 16th July 2026 at the NSBM Postgraduate Study Center.

 

The session was facilitated by Prof. Ruwan Appuhamy, Professor in the Department of Mechatronic and Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. The insightful discussion provided valuable guidance on academic career development, professional milestones, and pathways to success.

 

The session was organized by the Quality Assurance and Staff Development Cell of the Faculty of Engineering and monitored by the Quality Assurance and Staff Development Center of NSBM Green University, under the guidance of Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance and Dr. Malsha Mendis, Head of Internal Quality Assurance and Programme Coordinator of the Staff Development Center.
