NSBM For Career and Entrepreneurship (NFORCE) organized a session with leading industry partners, including Ceylon Tobacco Company, to help NSBM undergraduates gain valuable insights into real-world interview environments while enhancing their confidence and professionalism.

 

The session featured Mr. Randima Pathirana, Marketing HR Business Partner & Talent Manager, as the guest speaker, delivering practical interview tips, industry insights, and guidance to prepare students for future corporate opportunities.

 

In addition, representatives from Ceylon Tobacco Company; Mr. Niroshana Chandradasa, Talent Specialist and Ms. Sathinji Senanayake, Talent Executive participated in the session, contributing to the interactive discussions and offering students an opportunity to engage directly with industry professionals.

 

The event was organized by Ms. Sherine Abeygoonesekera, Career Guidance Officer, as part of NSBM’s ongoing career readiness initiatives.
