Completing my PhD in Management as the first PhD graduate of NSBM Green University is one of the most meaningful milestones of my academic and professional journey. The programme provided a strong academic foundation, dedicated supervisory guidance, and a supportive research environment that enabled me to grow as an independent researcher, educator, and academic leader.

A key strength of my doctoral experience was the guidance I received from two supervisors representing both a local and an international university. This combination provided strong contextual understanding, rigorous theoretical and methodological support, international perspectives, and valuable publication expertise, helping me develop a globally informed scholarly outlook.

My research focused on green entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, sustainability, and the role of universities in fostering sustainable ventures. Throughout the PhD journey, I also strengthened my publication profile through Scopus-indexed journal articles, a systematic literature review, a scholarly book review, an international book chapter, and conference publications.

The knowledge, confidence, and professional credibility developed through the programme supported my transition into the Australian higher education sector, where I now contribute through teaching, academic coordination, research, and student development across university education settings.

I am proud and deeply honoured to be NSBM Green University’s first PhD graduate. I remain sincerely grateful for the guidance, encouragement, and opportunities I received throughout this journey. I hope my experience inspires future doctoral candidates to pursue research with purpose, resilience, and a commitment to creating meaningful impact.
