Dr Jonathan Lean (BA ,Lancaster; PhD, Plymouth) is Associate Professor of Strategic Management at Plymouth Business School, University of Plymouth, UK. He is Node Leader for the BSc (Hons) International Management and Business programme awarded by the University of Plymouth in collaboration with NSBM. He teaches on the module BSO300SL ‘Corporate Strategy’. Dr Lean has over 20 years’ experience teaching strategic management, entrepreneurship and research methods. He has published widely on topics including management learning and development, entrepreneurship and the use of simulations in education and training. He also supervises PhD students undertaking research in these fields. Dr Lean has worked on a number research projects funded by the EU, the British Council and ACCA amongst others. He is Associate Editor for the International Journal of Management Education and a Fellow of Enterprise Educators UK, the UK’s national network for entrepreneurship educators.
