Thamodya Ediriweera obtained her Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Special) with First-Class honours from the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo. Soon after, she joined the academia as an Assistant Lecturer at the same university and served there for two years. She joined NSBM Green University in 2023 as a Probationary Lecturer attached to the Department of Management. Her teaching interests are on Auditing, Team Development, Academic Writing and Human Resource Management. Her research interests include diversity and inclusion, organizational culture and generations at work.
