Shehani has leveraged her extensive knowledge and experience in the business world to transition into academia. Currently, she is a dedicated Lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Department of Management. She imparts her expertise in various subjects, including International Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Enterprise and Innovations, Business Studies, Knowledge Management, Business Environment, and Soft Skills Development. 

Shehani is a distinguished graduate of NSBM Green University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a remarkable GPA of 3.85, earning her a first-class honor. She has completed her Master’s degree at Teesside University in the United Kingdom, She is passionate about the field of business management and has excelled both academically and as a leader during her undergraduate years. 

As an undergraduate student, Shehani served as the President of the Association of Business Management in the Faculty of Business during the academic year 2020/2021. Her commitment to excellence and her leadership skills have left a lasting impact on the student community. 

In addition to her teaching role, Shehani is a dynamic scholar where her research interests encompass areas such as Self-esteem, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Business Psychology. Her academic pursuits demonstrate her commitment to advancing her knowledge and contributing to the field.
