Ms. Kushani Perera is a Temporary Lecturer attached to the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the Faculty of Science, NSBM. She obtained her B.Sc. (Hons) Medical Laboratory Sciences, from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka with a first-class honor. Currently she is reading for her MSc.in Biochemistry and Biotechnology at University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. Ms. Kushani has served as a Demonstrator in the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is a SLMC registered Medical Laboratory Scientist and has gained a one-year clinical experience in all the laboratory disciplines including hematology, pathology, biochemistry, microbiology and OPD laboratories at Colombo South Teaching Hospital and Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital.
