Ms. Gimhani Rangalla is a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Accounting and Finance, Faculty of Business, at NSBM Green University. She graduated with First-class Honors in Bachelor of Management in Accounting and Finance from NSBM Green University and was awarded a Gold Medal for Excellent Academic Performance in Management Accounting by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), United Kingdom. Currently, she is pursuing an Master of Sicence in Applied Finance at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and is working towards completing her CIMA qualifications to enhance her professional expertise alongside her academic career. And she is a proud alumna of Anula Vidyalaya, Nugegoda.

Before joining NSBM, Ms. Gimhani Rangalla accumulated one and a half years of corporate experience in Accounting, Tax, and Business Process Solutions at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited and WNS Global Services Limited. She started her career at NSBM as a Teaching Assistant in June 2022 and has since progressed to the role of Lecturer (Probationary). Over the past two years, she has effectively integrated her academic responsibilities with the modules in the fields of Accounting and Finance.

Beyond her academic responsibilities at NSBM, Ms. Rangalla serves as the Program Director for the University Foundation Program and as the Lecturer-in-Charge of AIESEC at NSBM.
