Mr. Sulakshana De Alwis is a Human Resource Management professional who joined with NSBM on October 2016 as Lecturer. He graduated from University of Sri Jayewardenepura with a first class pass on 2013.  He is the winner of the gold medal awarded for best performance in BSc. Human Resource Management degree in 2013.

Mr. Alwis also holds several professional qualifications in the areas of accounting, finance and marketing. He also won several awards for his exceptional performance in AAT- SL and ACCA- UK examinations. In the year 2014, Mr. Alwis received the “Developing Solutions” scholarship awarded by the University of Nottingham, UK to follow MSc. in Management Psychology.  He completed his master’s degree with a distinction pass. Further, his master’s research study was accepted to publish in the South Asian Journal of Management which is indexed in several leading research databases.

Mr. Alwis has academic and research experience in both government and private sector higher educational institutes in Sri Lanka. His research interest lies in the areas of vocational behaviours, boundary management, personality and work-life conflic
