Mr. Pramudya Thilakaratne is a BSc (Hons) Software Engineering graduate from Plymouth University, United Kingdom. Currently he is reading for his Master’s in Business Analytics and Data Science at the University of Colombo, School of Computing.

After his graduation he joined NSBM Green University as a Tutor and there after worked as a Teaching Assistant. Currently he is working as a Lecturer attached to the Faculty of Computing.

His teaching interests are Fundamentals of Programming, Operating Systems, Distributed Programming, Object Oriented Programming using Java, Web development platforms, Database Management Systems, .NET Programming and Data Communication and Networks.

His research interests are based on machine learnings and pattern recognitions, data mining, big data and data science.
