Two representatives of Victoria University, Australia, one of the affiliated universities of NSBM, paid an official visit to NSBM premises on 22nd February 2023. The visiting representatives comprised of Mr. Alex Hanlon, Regional Recruitment Manager and Ms. Jacinta Smith, International Recruitment Officer.
While on campus, the visitors met a team of NSBM academics and shared a conversation about the updates on the partnership between NSBM and VU. NSBM Team included the Dean of Faculty of Business, Ms. Thilini De Silva, Dean of Faculty of Computing, Dr. Rasika Ranaweera, Head, Department of Network and Security, Mr. Chamindra Attanayake, Head, Department of Marketing and Tourism Management, Mr. Venura Colombage, and Lecturer / Country Coordinator – Australian Partnerships of NSBM, Ms. Kalni Peiris.
VU representatives also took part in an interactive session where they engaged in friendly conversations with undergraduates who are studying for VU degrees at NSBM.
