The NSBM Green University Rugby Team emerged as the Cup Champions at the Rugby Showdown 2024 organised by the CINEC Campus Rotaract Club. Held on the exhilarating evening of February 10, 2024, at Panagoda Army Grounds, this tournament brought together six formidable powerhouses.

 

Facing off against the formidable talents of CINEC Campus, ACBT, SLIIT, ECU, NIBM, and APIIT, the NSBM Green University Rugby Team displayed unmatched skill, tenacity, and teamwork in a series of matches. The matches were a testament to the dedication and hard work invested by the team captain Dinil Akash, Vice Captain – Lasaan Pathirana, Acting Vice Captain – Tharisha Widanage, all team players, and the entire support staff.
