The Dean of the Faculty of Business at NSBM, Ms Thilini De Silva, and the Lecturer and Head of Student Affairs, Ms Aushadharie Kaushalya, are currently on tour in Indonesia to participate in the Asia Pacific Accreditation Conference organized by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

During this tour, the NSBM delegates also visited NSBM’s partner university, the University of Budiluhur in Indonesia. Ms. Thilini De Silva delivered a lecture titled “Sri Lanka: Glimpse of Socio-Cultural Heritage and Economic Development” to the academics and International Business undergraduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Budiluhur.

Furthermore, as part of the strong partnership between NSBM Green University and the University of Budiluhur, the Faculty of Business at NSBM Green University and the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Budiluhur signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish sustainable academic collaboration.

The visit also provided an opportunity for the NSBM delegates to explore the University of Budiluhur and gain insights into its best practices.
