The Grand Finale of the Inter Batch Academic Decathlon- IBAD 2020, which was organized by the Association of Business Management 2020/2021, was successfully held on the 21st of September 2020 at the NSBM Auditorium, where the Team Phoenix emerged as the champion after an intense battle with the Team Falcons.

IBAD was organized with the intention to recognize the most vibrant undergraduates of NSBM. The competition commenced on 27th of August 2020 with the Survival round. This round consisted of prepared speeches, impromptu speeches, essay compositions, and interviews.

Then the most adrenaline rushing phase; the 2nd round titled as the Scavenger Hunt took place, where four teams competed to raise the flag higher. By winning the second round, the Team Phoenix and the Team Falcons made it to the grand finale. The grand finale consisted of a quiz competition along with a case study. The event was concluded successfully with the active and enthusiastic participation of all the competitors.
