The inauguration of LEAP – Leadership Acceleration Programme conducted with the collaboration of NSBM Green University, Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts and Luminary Learning was held on 8th February at Cinnamon Grand Colombo, Colombo.
Mr. Lasitha De Silva, Head of the Department of Professional Advancement/ Lecturer, NSBM Green University, facilitated the event representing NSBM in the presence of Senior Management members of Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts, Trainers from Luminary Learning and participants from Cinnamon Hotels &Resorts – Sri Lanka and Maldivian.
LEAP is an ambitious program for the Cinnamon Hoteliers of Maldivian Resorts, Sri Lankan Resorts, and City Sector in which they are provided with a unique development opportunity to gain a master’s degree from NSBM Green University. The programme is developed as a combined programme together with Luminary Learning in delivering the modules.
