Department of Information and System Sciences of NSBM Green University carries out a series of workshops to increase the industry placement ability and enhance the cross-domain knowledge of computing undergraduates.
The sixth session of this series, titled “Salesforce Automation Essentials” was conducted on 4th October 2022 at the Faculty of Computing, focusing on building students’ digital capability to work with Salesforce software, the world’s leading CRM application for small and medium businesses.
The session was sponsored by iTelasoft Pvt (Ltd), an Australian-owned company providing IT services and software product development.  Mr. Chamil Madusanka (Salesforce Architect),  Mr. Nipunu Wijesinghe (Senior Salesforce Developer), Ms. Ama Gayathri (Senior Salesforce Consultant), and Ms. Jayami Rasara (Junior Salesforce Consultant) contributed to this session by sharing their experiences and knowledge on Salesforce platform.
This workshop was a valuable opportunity for the students to experience the Salesforce Cloud, Trailhead, Trailblazer, and a range of Salesforce communities.  All participants received a lifetime activated account to Trailblazer and Trailhead platforms that they can use to enhance Salesforce knowledge and join any workshop or webinar that will be organized by the Salesforce communities.
