Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying is a professional degree program that provides students with an inspiring and enriching experience while preparing them for a successful career in the construction industry. This program which mainly focuses on the industrial context adopts a multidisciplinary learning approach, allowing students to practice meaningful value evaluations that focus on sustainability and technology. This degree program allows the students to apply Quantity Surveying knowledge to building design and construction, while enabling them to develop the necessary skills for a successful career in Quantity Surveying. The combination of lectures, site visits and tutorials with the industry experts will prepare quantity surveying graduates to enter many other construction sectors including project management, estimating, cost control and contract and legal management.
Today, all automotive and modern vehicles consist of sensors and actuators other than the classical mechanical modules, especially in hybrid and electrical vehicles. Therefore, the modern automotive industry is expecting Mechatronic Engineers for future development. From food production industry to medical, ships, aircraft, and space craft manufacturing industries which spread over a vast area, the expert knowledge of Mechatronic Engineers is demanded for all manufacturing industries in the world. With the development of the smart industry after the fourth Industrial Revolution, today, the future of the majority of modern smart industries lies in the hands of Mechatronic Engineers.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
All applicants must have GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English at Grade C or above.
- Pass GCE A/L with 3 principals; OR Pass Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent qualifications from institution recognized by the Government; OR HND qualifications in relevant field.
- Equivalent qualifications and Industry experience can be considered.
- English requirement (IELTS 6.0 or equivalents such as internationally recognised qualifications and / or NSBM English Language Assessment)
